We Never Stop / We Make Hot Sauce

Hello friends 
Today I'll give you a recipe for hot sauce or hot appetizers that we made ourselves ...

This hot sauce, which we consume especially in winter, has both a source of vitamins and appetizing properties.
Because it's got plenty of hot pepper and garlic in it.

Ingredients for hot sauce :

Tomato, capia Pepper, Gin pepper, garlic, oil, salt, vinegar and cumin.

By the way, I've noticed that tomatoes are the mother of all food. Nothing happens without him 🙈🙂🤭

The construction is as follows: 

we wash and clean all the tomatoes and peel them and pass them through the blender.

We cook the tomato for a while, putting it in a large saucepan. As the tomato is cooking, we put the capia pepper and hot pepper through the mixer again and make it ready.

We don't put all the ingredients in the pot at the same time.

Add the pepper on the tomato cooked on the stove for a while and stir.
At this time, we prepare the garlic and add it to the pan.

After the tomato, pepper, garlic trio is cooked for about 1 hour, add salt, oil, vinegar and cumin, and after 20 minutes, turn off the bottom of the stove.

During this time, our sauce is drained, and when it is hot, we fill it in jars and close the lid and turn it over. 
That's how it gets vacuumed.

Vacuuming is done for food that will not be consumed immediately

As I mentioned at the beginning, because there is a lot of garlic, we make a natural antibiotic sauce.

Especially an appetizer that suits you very well next to French fries.

Özellikle kış aylarında tükettiğimiz bu acı sos hem vitamin kaynağı hem de iştah açıcı özelliğe sahip. 

Çünkü içerisinde bolca acı biber ve sarımsak var.

Acı sos için malzemeler 

Domates, kapya biber, cin biber, sarımsak, yağ, tuz ve kimyon. 

Bu arada farkettim ki domates tüm yiyeceklerin anasıymış. Onsuz hiç bir şey olmuyor 🙈🙂

Tüm domatesleri yıkayıp temizliyoruz ve kabuklarını soyarak blenderdan geçiriyoruz.

Geniş bir tencereye koyarak domatesi bir süre pişiriyoruz. Domates pişerken kapya biber ve acı biberi yine mixerden geçirip hazır hale getiriyoruz.
Tüm malzemeyi aynı anda tencereye koymuyoruz.

Bir süre ocakta pişen domatesin üzerine biberi ekliyoruz ve karıştırıyoruz.
Bu sırada sarımsakları hazırlıyoruz ve tencereye ilave ediyoruz. 

Domates, biber, sarımsak üçlüsü 1 saat kadar piştikten sonra tuz, yağ, sirke ve kimyonu ekliyoruz ve 20 dakika sonra ocapın altını kapatıyoruz.

Bu süre içinde sosumuz suyunu çekmiş oluyor ve sıcak iken kavanozlara dolduruyoruz ve kapağını kapatıp ters çeviriyoruz. 
Bu sayede vakumlanmış oluyor. 

Vakumlama işlemi hemen tüketilmeyecek yiyecekler için yapılıyor .

En başta da belirttiğim gibi içince bolca sarımsak olduğu için doğal antibiyotik niteliğinde bir sos yapmış oluyoruz.

Acı severler için enfes bir tat. 

Özellikle patates kızartmasının yanına çok yakışan bir meze.
