# <center> Guilty's Community Challenge.   </center>

Let's start with negativity and work towards something positive. If it is possible for me to do.
Four years and I have not seen community on the chain. Community is not something I see being developed.

There are many projects, I see that say they are community. Very few that act like it.

A group of people does not mean a community.

Montreal's Italian community is not made up from Italians all over the world.

A group of people does not make a community. A group of people is similar to a community and is not the same thing.

Sharing does not make community. It gives a feeling of. That same feeling of has been used against populations for millennia and more. 

Over all, the Hive blockchain is division. There is division on many levels across many groups. All vying for the same rewards.

Previously, I have said in a comment or post. Not quoted. That there is a cliché. I was told. The word is clique.

The word cliché was used to show the repetitive behaviour. The same thing happens over and over in many cases. A small group of people keep doing the same thing. New project support this. Projects which already have large support from large stake holders, Because it is there project.

Have a look at what projects got started got funded and group support. The same clique using the same cliché to grow themselves in most cases.

(I am no different, I am just not as good at it.) 

Guess it is a cliché of clique.

That's the sour grapes out of the way.

I just have not found a community I fit in to yet.

### <center> TheHive Comunity. </center>

TheHive community does not mean all people on the Hive blockchain. TheHive is an account on the Hive blockchain, just like yours. No difference.

It is a very small community by Hive standards. Only seven active members. And then there is only three of which I communicate with any regularity.

There is a wider circle to TheHive. That would be from generated rewards. There are some out there, whom I do not know own accounts. These accounts do vote to some of my posts and assist with growth. Unknown to me is if the votes are to support long term goals. The vote is appreciated and hopefully one day. More can be given back to a wider variety of people.

I have at times went to make a proposal for this project. The reception I get from witness and others with high stake. Tells me there is no point and it would just waste 10 HBD. While 10 HBD is not a lot. There is no point to being frivolous about spending.

TheHive or the person writing this post. Has expansive visions of what can be achieved through the Hive blockchain. None of these goals will be entertained by others. Simply because, (pure speculation) there is no financial reward and growth to a personal pocket for years.

### <center> Goals. </center>

Yes we have goals. Right now they seem ambitious. With current values on Hive. About ten percent of what is needed is there. This would of course take 13 weeks to get with power down times.

Hive Holidays. Could you imagine paying for your vacation accommodation with Hive. Imagine the cost of staying in a hotel. With a family. Family two adults and two or three children. This can run up to be quite expensive. Especially on a week or two week vacation.

If you were paying (self catering) You are looking at about €50 per person per night. That is at the lower end of the market without going to the ghetto. 

If you could do that for two adults, a possibility of up to four children. Bunkbeds might need to be used with 4 children. All at a cost of €100 per day. Essentially Children stay free in accommodation. 

**Note:** Income from this project is not personal income. It would be established as Hive income. The end product is automated.

While income is reinvested to grow and provide further services and reductions to costs. Waiting on the resources to accumulate, HBD and HIVE purchases are made from the market. HBD would be the first purchase to help maintain the peg level. HBD would be bought up to a price of 99.999. Once reached HIVE would be purchased with any remaining liquid funds.

To provide this a place for people to stay is needed.

While attached to another property.

The new build would be a separate building.

Kitchen/laundry facilities area Shared on ground floor.

3 room sets with own toilet/shower. Two up one down.

Accommodating up to six adults and 8 Children. 

This is just one possible scenario.

The design can be altered for permanent residence. Giving a more regular income for the property.

It is also possible to combine both. Rent to student's through the school and during the summer for Hive holiday/vacation.

Reduction to running costs can be done with light absorbing panels for reduced energy costs. (funny these costs keep rising as the cost of production goes down.)

This bit gets a bit technical. The energy would be a separate entity to the accommodation. Energy would be purchased from the income provided by rental's. This income would also be used for HBD purchase and then HIVE, to build up resources to expand.

In this model. We are not putting FIAT in to Crypto to get back more FIAT value.
What is happening is HBD/HIVE is being used to invest to FIAT projects and return HBD/HIVE.
