Personality development is a long term, never ending process and it involves a lot of things as well. One can't develop its personality just for one thing rather the characteristics of a person i.e existing personality affects every decision. And it's a good thing that one should always have a hunger of becoming better day by day. Becoming better at things do requires sacrifices and you have to go on a war against yourself, especially against negative views that you keep towards yourself.

# Streamline your views
If you don't think anything negative about yourself, it's fine but it still not a good thing. You have to be positive about yourself and being positive I meant to say that you atleast should not stop yourself from taking good decisions or doing better things for yourself. Being positive or optimistic is not only about just thinking positive rather it is think then act positive. Align your values, ideas, thoughts, and see how better you become day by day.

# Constructive criticism 
It's not that you have to take criticism to able to find your real position but whatever views you receive whether positive or negative, you have to design your way so you can reach to next level. To progress you have to keep on constructing, no issue if you fail at one step, failing multiple times, as the greatness lies in the spirit of standing up again and finding the way out from the situation, finding the next step. 

Becoming better is not just self-improvement rather you are focusing on how well you are getting placed among others. It's not a competition but it's never late or enough to become better. You will always find someplace in yourself to work upon. Just do your work, put focus on yourself and let the result be a surprise. Not a delayed surprise but a perfect surprise. That's how I become better.
