# Hi Hives,

Hive is a great opportunity and so far I believe it is one of the mature communities available on the internet. It is not just a wonderful example of Web3 technologies but also implicitly showcases the power of good governance and development. It is one such fine example of proper use of both technology and people which is yet to be replicated in other big pocket projects.  I am aware of the power of hive and have been using it to not just benefit the entire hive dapps ecosystem but also the users who are putting their worthy time in it.

## My work
I have been onboarding people on hive and it's not just limited to getting them signup instead I put my months of care and attention on new people to get them familiar with it. Recently I on-boarded as many as 7 users on hive (@nites @thedudeexplains @straykid @thekoolkid and so on ). And I am giving them required knowledge either through calls, videos or text messages. I want them to enjoy this platform and also maintain its uniqueness as well. 

## What I do
- Encourage and motivate
- Teaching them the best way to utilise Hive
- Curating their blogs and suggesting them
- Keeping them clean of plagiarism, badmouthing, hacking, frauds, etc.
- Helping them to be financially independent as possible 
- Making them aware of technologies
- Making them aware of people from different parts of the world

## Quality over quantity
Every month I explore social media and give invitations to the users whom I see as worthy and decent enough to be invited. I have no hard or fast rule, rather even if they don't know English- the main language, I encourage them to start writing at least in their mother tongue. All I want them to do is to start expressing their views to the world and understand the people around the world as well. To communicate themselves and to hear out other wonderful users as well. I focus on the users who sustains and continues to grow.

## Expressing my gratitude towards Hive
I have been on this platform since it's inception, I earned, I learned. I made friends and families on hive. I meet wonderful people everyday. All these are possible only because of Hive and Hivians. I want to payback to HIVE and this is how I try to give this platform something back as well.

## My Application to be a curator
Hi hives, I am actively looking for curating opportunities in discord servers. I joined steemit way back in 2016 and moved completely to Hive in early 2021. So I do have good years of experience in blogging as well as in curation as well. I am actively curating for Indiaunited server. In the past I did for Actifit as well. Now I am looking to grow more on hive with my works and investments.
