Hive's Price Is Not Matching It's Value!

Happy Hump Day to you my fellow Hivers and traders! I believe I can officially say that Hive's price does not match the value proposition of this blockchain at all. Although you don't want a gas coin to get very expensive like ETH where it is too expensive to use, but still, it's crazy to see the recent developments that are happening, the hype in the community, and then the price continuing to dump.

With all the different developments from the various communities and front ends on the chain, there is a ton of things going on that no other blockchain can touch. One of which being the Hive internal exchange! I have never seen another chain have something like this on layer 1! 

## Hive's Internal Exchange Sets It Apart

In the rest of the crypto and DEFI world, they have to use smart contracts which as we have seen in many cases have been rug pulled, hacked, etc. Now with the addition of @hive-keychain adding it's new swap feature, there is really no reason to use any other chains other than Hive. With that new feature, I can trade any of the Hive-Engine tokens against HBD, giving me that dollar base that I know how to trade well. This means I can now trade things like BTC, LTC, DOGE, MATIC, and more against HBD. That's pretty awesome if you ask me! And it happens right inside the Keychain extension! I will be excited to see it come to mobile as well.

Everything I do is here, so why not just bring all of my trading over here as well and use a truly decentralized blockchain and non KYC exchange to make my money! Now the one downside, is that I cannot trade the downside, lol. But, hey, there are always some tradeoffs here and there. At least I will always have control over my assets and not have to worry about shady exchanges.

Hive's price is looking pretty weak right now. It wasn't able to break above the short term moving average or what I call the basis line on the Logical Trading Indicator. It was rejected and has dropped below the .29 mark, where I actually picked up some more Hive at this morning. The price on the 1HR timeframe seems to be entering more consolidation, so hopefully we are nearing the bottom. The macro landscape is really kind of concerning at the moment for crypto as it seems people are going into silver and gold in these war torn countries. It may be having an effect on the price. I don't know, that's my guess.

When are we going to get to a point that Bitcoin's halving won't matter for Hive? I think it's ridiculous that we have to wait for an event on another blockchain. It's some stupid cult garbage in my personal opinion.

We need to break the correlation with Bitcoin.

Totally with you, @thelogicaldude! It's baffling to see Hive's price not reflecting its intrinsic value.

The new swap feature on @hive-keychain, enabling trades against HBD, certainly elevates its utility and convenience in the crypto space.

People need to buy it, trade it, use it. We need more people to come into the ecosystem to buy up what the witnesses are constantly dumping to pay their bills. People get too comfortable in just trying to earn it and don't put any actual liquidity into the market.
