This yellow variety has been interesting to watch grow because it will turn green at times, but dang, these things get huge as well! These are seriously some of the biggest zucchini I have ever seen! The thing is, I am using all organic stuff. No chemicals at all and no GMO fertilizers. That's probably what the magic is. Did you weigh your zucchinis? I only have 1 plant so a lot of mine didn't pollinate, and so most didn't make it. I only ended up with 4 this year, and the largest one weighed 1.4kg, I was really chuffed with that.
