Watching the Charts

After the week that gold had last week, I was intrigued to see how the markets would open this week. I figured there was going to be a big move. It just ended up not being what I expected. 

It seems there is something strange afoot.

Here's a chart from [Provident Metals](https://www.providentmetals.com/spot-price/chart/gold/)

It's interesting that the spikes seem to go higher. It's almost as if there's another market where the prices are actually higher, but they're not allowed to stay up there.

Just in case it was a fluke, I checked [goldsilver.com](www.goldsilver.com) and saw the same thing.

I don't know what it was, but gold ended up closing down a considerable amount. Who knows what's going to happen next?!

Hey, @themanwithnoname.

That looks exactly like what STEEM was doing some months back on World Coin Index. In that case, it was an exchange that I guess they couldn't decide to keep in the average or not, so up and down it went as they kept it then got rid of it, and back again. So, who knows. It's kind of scary if it's glitches, and it's kind of scary if they're real. :/

Yep, and when all that downward pressure gets released, the prices could skyrocket. Also, more countries are moving away from the dollar, so demand will be down. That should also push the price of gold up.
