Fix Witness price feed if using Conductor

If you are using @furion's conductor for your price feed,  your price feed is likely not working anymore as the primary node steemd.steemit.com was decommissioned today.  

You can tell the age of your feed by going to https://steemd.com/witnesses and finding your witness and hover over the price feed column and it will tell you the age of your feed.  If it is longer than 1-2 hours, you are likely using the default node.

The fix for conductor is really easy, stop `conductor feed` and run the following command:

`steempy set nodes https://api.steemit.com, https://rpc.buildteam.io`

Re-run `conductor feed` and go have a beer, you deserve it.

Is it still maintained?

Change

nodes = get_config_node_list() or ['https://steemd.steemit.com']
```
to
```python
nodes = get_config_node_list() or ['https://api.steemit.com']
```

in https://github.com/steemit/steem-python/blob/master/steem/steemd.py

Because for Commit(s) with s = Steem(nodes=nodes) it still wanted to access steemd and not nodes=['https://api.steemit.com'] as I choose always the fastest/closest RPC node in all my scripts

I almost always specify nodes.

It's maintained, but very slowly.  It has another issue on install that requires modifying manifest files to get it to install.

But this morning, even with specified nodes, it tried to access steemd.steemit.com.
Strange, but I didn't  investigate further, as this fixed my issues.

Is there any plan for that node to come back up? I am guessing not as you said decommissioned. How has your node working? rpc.buildteam.io? No similar issues?

It was switched to the new api.steemit.com URL (which is running Jussi on top of the node).
Jussi is basically a caching laying for a full node.
