FEMA and DHS would have black helicopters. FEMA was all sorts of empowered under Reagan when the COG (continuity of government) thing became emphasized by the wannabe fascists leeching off the conservative wing of the uniparty took off like a rocket ship. FEMA got all kinds of secret powers to make concentration camps, build underground cities, had covert forces of all kind and stripe, and defo had unmarked SUV's and helicopters, preferably black. Deployed National Guard can be under the authority of the Pentagon, rather than the state from which they are deployed. I recall some clamor about Texas National Guard not being able to be commandeered by the Feds, when they made a fuss about keeping migrants out of a mile or so stretch of the southern border a year ago, or thereabouts. The Pentagon is a federal government agency just like DHS and FEMA, so federales (executive branch above both the Pentagon and FEMA) hostile to private disaster relief efforts could be behind rotor wash incidents for both FEMA and National Guard. The aphorism cautioning folks to never ascribe to malevolence what can be assigned to incompetence is inadequate. The incompetent can be and often are malevolent. I consider harmful acts that could be either most often to be both, and when the actors that commit them manage accounts worth more than a couple grand, I discount incompetence, because someone incompetent wouldn't be able to secure more money than that from the constant stream of avarice and highly competent frauds, scammers, and other thieves that would be after it. If we're talking about high level politicians, corporate executives, federal secretaries of agencies, CEO's of well funded NGO's like the WWF, or the WEF, these people have to have a good balance sheet of competencies. They need to have a pretty strong understanding of literature, of law, of science and engineering, of psychology, sales, and all sorts of people skills. They don't necessarily need to know how to chop wood or cook soup, how to tune a dual carbureted 6 cylinder boxter engine, like the beautiful Corvairs of the 1960s and early 1970s had (I had a '62), but highly competent people often have plenty of mundane skills to base their highly specialized people and commercial skills on. However, having one kind of skillset doesn't mean you can pick up every skillset, necessarily. Some people are savants, one trick ponies that can only do that one thing they do extremely well. FEMA is killing people out of malevolence. They hired those incompetent people in that clip you played of the disaster planning meeting where they decide to rescue homosexuals and trannies first (and they're utterly incompetent at planning disaster relief) because of that malevolence, so that bears out my interpretation of the aforementioned aphorism. I reckon it should be restated as 'Never ascribe to incompetence alone anything that could be due to malevolence, because no one is more malevolent than the incompetent'. By design indeed! Some years ago I was flooded and FEMA responded. FEMA said there was some financial relief (like ~$500) that was potential, but when I tried to get it I didn't qualify. It wasn't because my homeowners insurance covered anything because it didn't. The Red Cross did help. I got some dry clothes for my kids, the wife, and me and a squeegee that was very useful scraping the wet mud off of floors. But that's all I got. It took ~$30k to make my home habitable again, although we kept living in it despite the floor no longer being connected to the walls all the way around the house. At one end of the house there was a half a meter of gap between the floor and the walls. Raccoons just walked right in and raided the kitchen until I nailed a tarp up. No government agency or NGO helped in any way, besides the Red Cross clothes and squeegee. I just got it done with the help of the community, my friends, and my family. Karine Jean-Pierre, or whatever her name is, the Press Secretary, is a horrible liar and has been since day one. No one I've heard posting on the matter has said they got as much as $.05 from FEMA or any federal disaster relief fund. I've heard a lot of private individuals saying churches are helping people, and that private parties are getting aid and emergency supplies in, but no state agencies, no FEMA or federal agencies. It's just like Lahaina, IMHO. These people are being ethnically cleansed, perhaps for the lithium there, but maybe that's just icing on the depopulation cake. Trillion watt lasers! Oh man. That's definitely a potent weapon system. If a plane (like the 10 DEW planes at the DEW research institute in Maui prior to the Lahaina arson, BTW) had one of those mounted on it's nose, it could arson a town no problem. Wow. If the pyramids can suppress consciousness that would explain why such a massive investment would be worth the cost, at least for slavers. A pyramid in Alaska is news to me. I was raised there, and never heard anything about a pyramid. That would dramatically change archaeology in the Americas. It sounds like complete BS to me, because every part of the story has no prior support, neither the pyramid in Alaska - there's no hint of any pyramid building culture in Alaska, the suppression of consciousness with a pile of rocks, or any of it. Regarding consciousness, we - by we, I mean humanity and science - have no idea what it is. We don't know where it comes from. We know it doesn't come from the brain, because creatures without brains demonstrate consciousness by making decisions and learning. We can only tell they have conscious minds because they can move and do things that take conscious decisions to choose between this direction or that. We can't detect consciousness. There is no way we can test a rock to see if it has a conscious mind. Probably not trees or grass either. We can detect electrical signals in the brain, but we know that consciousness exists in brainless creatures, so those electrical signals aren't consciousness. We do know that consciousness isn't electricity, because we know a lot about electricity and if consciousness was electricity we'd have done all kinds of stuff to our minds with electricity by now. We have bathed Earth in >200M times the background EMF radiation. EMF messes with electricity, which is why we use it for communications, so if our minds were electricity, all that EMF would be doing all kinds of things to our minds. We have no idea what consciousness is, where it comes from, or why anything has any of it. That's the best argument for God I know. Thanks!

That sounds rough—what happened to your house due to flooding, especially that one-meter gap, for instance. Yes, friends and family are the only ones to really count on when things go down. That is why it is important for the machine to break it apart and create divisions among communities at a hyper level. The story about the squeegee is like a metaphor for life, really—what they say they will give you and what they really give you. We had lots of floods when I was a kid because I lived in a part of a small town that always flooded. The floodwater would come up about three feet or so. You could drive a boat down it; it happened about once a year, like clockwork, because the river would just flood. They installed flood banks, which helped at one stage, but that was my childhood. We were lucky, though, as the bottom of our house was concrete, so most of the floodwater would just go into the garage and backyard, etc. But, yeah, there was still a bit of damage. However, it was not thick, muddy water that left mud everywhere. That is the killer. Most of the land around us was farmland with grass on it, not open land that would collect large amounts of mud before flooding us—which I think was the major savior. About FEMA—lol, yes, that line about "disaster equity"—Orwell would have had a field day with that. That could not have played out any more perfectly; it was just like a skit on some '90s TV show, lol. That is why you always have to have a rainbow flag in your house—just in case you need to reconfigure the disaster relief pecking order. I agree about the pyramid—it's mostly reality sci-fi, which is a new form of entertainment for people. Maybe it's more in line with how entertainment used to be—stories by the campfire, rather than spoon-fed scripts/propaganda on TV. I would say if they wanted to suppress our consciousness, i.e., from higher thought, all they have to do is make us feel sick. That is the closest way to affect and suppress our consciousness if we are talking about levels of conscious thought. People who are sick think differently and are less interested in most things and the world they are in. It’s important to note that Tom D is an active Freemason, so he has pyramids on the brain, lol. There are pictures of him in Masonic garb, plus he shows off a guitar with a square and compass on it, etc. I have no idea if he believes what he is saying or is just spreading fake narratives, or if people are just pulling his puppet strings. All of the so-called whistleblowers around him seem to think they have a grasp on the age-old story of the motives of the little grey men. But if aliens are real—and I don't know if they are—one dominant part of ufology is that aliens/greys are liars. The greys are the most dominant force in interactions with people. They are liars because they are a hive mind, and the hive mind they have has little to any understanding of what a lie is because they share each other's minds, per many abductee stories, which could be fantasy. Nonetheless, the lore is that they will say anything to achieve an objective, which makes them very much like the current rulers of the world, lol. Thanks!

Regarding the little gray aliens, there is a narrative that they are bioconstructs, meat robots, and that is the most believable of the theories I have considered about aliens. That would also explain their willingness to lie and all the anal probing, because those are things rich people love best.
