Hoy es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad de  Emotions &Feelings,  lo hago con en esta iniciativa creada  por  @aaalviarez donde nos muestran tres imágenes para  escoger una y expresar lo que sentimos.  A lo largo de nuestra vida, nuestro entorno se rige por nuestras emociones, que son significativas en cada uno de esos momentos.

### ***La Imagen que escogí fue la Nº 1//The image I chose was No. 1***

Cuando vi esta imagen lo primero que me vino a la mente fue la vida, la fe, la esperanza y el amor, sentimientos que siempre tengo presente, el renacimiento, una flor que en medio de la tormenta  no se rinde, siempre sonriendo, fuerte ante la adversidad. En 2016 me diagnosticaron un cáncer de mama, realmente una noticia que nos deja en shock, la vida nos pasa como una película, solo se tarda unos minutos en colapsar, el miedo y el temor se apoderan de nosotros. Sin embargo, la energía que se pierde en ese instante necesita ser restaurada y sostenida por la fe que tenemos en Dios porque solo Él tiene esa convicción necesaria para sanarnos.

When I saw this image the first thing that came to my mind was life, faith, hope and love, feelings that I always have in mind, rebirth, a flower that in the middle of the storm does not give up, always smiling, strong in the face of adversity. In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, truly news that leaves us in shock, life happens to us like a movie, it only takes a few minutes to collapse, fear and dread take over. However, the energy that is lost in that instant needs to be restored and sustained by the faith we have in God because only He has that conviction needed to heal us.

Desde entonces, mi vida ha experimentado una gran transformación. Ahora veo y aprecio cada día como un regalo de Dios, hago cosas a las que antes no daba importancia, como disfrutar de un amanecer, compartir con mi hijo cada momento de su vida aunque parezca insignificante, incluso participar en actividades que me han ayudado a adaptarme a mi nuevo camino. Tal vez en el pasado, sólo expresaba mi gratitud por lo que era absolutamente necesario, pero hoy, aprecio todos esos pequeños detalles, porque son clave para mi bienestar personal. Agradezco a Dios la segunda oportunidad que me dio en la vida, porque aunque tuve días grises, pude llenarlos de colores. En este período de mi vida, fue posible discernir estas tres palabras cruciales que siempre tendré presentes a lo largo de mi vida: la fe en Dios, la esperanza de un día mejor y el amor por mí, por mi hijo y por mi familia.

Since then, my life has undergone a great transformation. Now I see and appreciate every day as a gift from God, I do things that I didn't give importance to before, like enjoying a sunrise, sharing with my son every moment of his life even if it seems insignificant, even participating in activities that have helped me adapt to my new path. Perhaps in the past, I only expressed my gratitude for what was absolutely necessary, but today, I appreciate all those little details, because they are key to my personal well-being. I thank God for the second chance he gave me in life, because although I had gray days, I was able to fill them with colors. In this period of my life, it was possible to discern these three crucial words that I will always have present throughout my life: faith in God, hope for a better day and love for myself, my son and my family.

Por eso me identifiqué con esta imagen, porque las flores son la creación de Dios, y cada vez que entro en contacto con su magia, me llenan de paz. Las admiro porque tienen efectos positivos en nuestro estado de ánimo, simbolizan el amanecer de un nuevo día. También nos deleitan con su belleza, aroma, frescura y calidez; avivan la feminidad, el amor, el encanto; y embellecen cualquier lugar donde se encuentren. 
</div>

That's why I identified with this image, because flowers are God's creation, and every time I come in contact with their magic, they fill me with peace. I admire them because they have positive effects on our mood, they symbolize the dawn of a new day. They also delight us with their beauty, aroma, freshness and warmth; they enliven femininity, love, charm; and they beautify any place where they are found.
