El día # 12 de este blog de fotografía propuesto por la amiga @nathyortiz que consiste en publicar durante 21 días una fotografía con el tema propuesto. Hoy el tema es "Desayuno", Siempre se ha dicho que el desayuno es la comida más importante del día, porque activa nuestro metabolismo y sirve para renovar los minerales y vitaminas que nuestro organismo ha perdido tras muchas horas de descanso.

Un desayuno equilibrado ayuda a distribuir nuestras calorías durante el día, y además  aporta al organismo los nutrientes necesarios para empezar el día con suficiente energía. Por lo tanto, nuestro desayuno debe incluir; carbohidratos (pan, tostadas, cereales, gofres o galletas), lácteos y frutas (es la principal fuente de fibra y vitaminas). Además, también es recomendable incluir alimentos ricos en proteínas como los huevos o el queso.

Cuando niña  mi mamá nos preparaba tostadas con café con leche, luego de adolescente, nos preparaba en los desayunos alimentos ricos en carbohidratos como pan, arepas, panquecas, empanadas, alimentos ricos en fibra como cereales, avenas, acompañados de café, jugos naturales, leches y lácteos. A raíz de mí enfermedad (CA de mama) me encanta desayunar frutas porque es perfecto para comenzar el día, además aportan los nutrientes necesarios para mantener el normal funcionamiento del organismo, comenzando por una piel muy tersa y brillante, una buena evacuación y mejora el sistema inmunológico.

When I was a child my mother used to prepare toast with coffee and milk, then as a teenager, she used to prepare us breakfast foods rich in carbohydrates such as bread, arepas, pancakes, empanadas, foods rich in fiber such as cereals, oatmeal, accompanied by coffee, natural juices, milks and dairy products. As a result of my illness (breast cancer) I love to eat fruits for breakfast because it is perfect to start the day, also they provide the necessary nutrients to maintain the normal functioning of the body, starting with a very smooth and shiny skin, a good evacuation and improves the immune system.

Bueno ahora digo que me fascina disfrutar de un desayuno muy variado, para no hacerlo aburrido, a veces preparo unas ricas panquecas de avena con cambur y lo acompaño con jugo natural, otro día puedo preparar arepas con queso,  huevos revueltos con pan y café, cuando voy de salida temprano preparo unas deliciosas frutas y los domingos preparo arepa con pescado frito y un delicioso jugo de limón con papelón.
