En este post, quise destacar un poco más la dulcería de mi país, estos  deliciosos Turrones de Coco y guayaba, que son una receta relativamente sencilla. Por ello, hoy comparto con ustedes este pedacito gastronómico de mi querida Venezuela. Está hecho con coco, la guayaba y especies como la canela, tiene un sabor inigualable además, el  papelón le da un toque único. Tiene una textura suave y blanda, que puede ser disfrutada por todos en la casa, especialmente por los niños, y es el aperitivo perfecto para una merienda. Espero que se animen a realizar  este delicioso  postre.

300 grs de guayaba(Licuada),
Canela en polvo,
2 Vaso de agua || 
04 Large coconuts,
01 Papelón or panela,
300 grams of guava (blended),
Cinnamon powder,
2 glass of water

Lo primero que hacemos en una olla fundir el papelón en los vaso de agua, dejamos enfriar y colamos.

Luego sacamos la pulpa del coco de la concha y lo rallamos.

Ahora ponemos en una olla el sirop de papelón, agregamos el coco rallado,  el jugo de guayaba,y la canela, lo llevamos a fuego moviendo constantemente hasta que se despegue de la olla.

Ya listo, retiramos y vaciamos en na bandeja la cual, debemos  debe ponerle papel parafinado para que no se pegue y estiramos la pasta a 1 cm de grosor.
