Como seres humanos, es nuestra responsabilidad evaluarnos periódicamente para establecer metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo que nos hagan reflexionar sobre las cosas que esperamos y deseamos en la vida, ya que las personas estamos en constante crecimiento y cambio, por eso es importante hacer énfasis en aquellas cosas que seguramente nos resultan agradables.

Un propósito de vida es lo que nos da el sentido de las cosas que queremos hacer y para qué las queremos hacer. Nos dura toda la vida y para ellos debemos fijarnos metas para saber hasta donde queremos llegar, para ellos debemos fijarnos muchos objetivos para conseguir esas metas. Los objetivos a conseguir en esta vida pueden ser de muy diversa índole, como objetivos grupales, familiares o individuales.

A life purpose is what gives us the meaning of the things we want to do and what we want to do them for. It lasts us all our life and for them we must set goals to know how far we want to go, for them we must set many objectives to achieve those goals. The objectives to achieve in this life can be of very diverse nature, as group, family or individual objectives.

Puedo decir que todo lo que me propongo en la vida siempre termina sucediendo, y logro mis metas; aunque, en la vida encontramos obstáculos que pueden querer aplastar nuestros sueños y hacernos sentir que no podemos lograr lo que queremos, por eso me caracterizo por ser una persona persistente, comprometida y entusiasta, especialmente con las cosas que me producen un resultado positivo. Por esta razón, me esfuerzo cada día por resolver cualquier tropiezo que se interponen en mi camino, porque es cuando más motivada me siento para alcanzar mis metas propuestas.

Pienso que  todo lo que nos proponemos en la vida tiene una razón para seguir adelante. Sinceramente, en mi caso tener cada año un propósito me ha ayudado a alcanzar el éxito, ayudado a crecer personal y espiritualmente,  ya que a menudo escribo mis metas y esta terapia que hago me ayuda a atraerlas, mientras más propósitos tenga más significado y esencia tiene mi vida.

I can say that everything I propose in life always ends up happening, and I achieve my goals; although, in life we find obstacles that may want to crush our dreams and make us feel that we cannot achieve what we want, that is why I am characterized by being a persistent, committed and enthusiastic person, especially with the things that produce a positive result for me. For this reason, I strive every day to resolve any stumbling blocks that get in my way, because that is when I feel most motivated to achieve my proposed goals.

I think that everything we propose in life has a reason to keep going. Honestly, in my case having a purpose every year has helped me to achieve success, helped me to grow personally and spiritually, since I often write my goals and this therapy I do helps me to attract them, the more purposes I have the more meaning and essence my life has.

Este año me propuse  muchas metas para ser feliz, creo que ese es el propósito que Dios nos pone en esta vida, alcanzar la felicidad, para ello empiezo fijándome metas con mi familia, organizando mi tiempo para compartir con ellos en las comidas, ayudando a mi hijo en sus tareas, ensenándole valores,  compartiendo con mi esposo todos los sueños y el trabajo, eso me llena y me hace feliz. En cuanto a mi trabajo trato de dar lo mejor de mí siempre inventando y buscando soluciones a los problemas que se nos presentan en el día a día, espiritualmente, ayudo a las personas a crecer y de esa manera me ayudo a mí misma, hacer cosas en la vida me ayuda a estar bien conmigo misma y con el mundo. En lo personal siempre estoy trazándome metas porque en mi propósito está sentirme bien con  mi salud y con mi mente, así que siempre estoy en una constante búsqueda hacia mi felicidad, hago planes de estilo de vida como comer sano, hacer ejercicios, leer libros de crecimiento personal,  viajar, disfrutar con mi familia y amigos.

This year I set many goals to be happy, I think that is the purpose that God puts us in this life, to achieve happiness, for that I start setting goals with my family, organizing my time to share with them at meals, helping my son in his homework, teaching him values, sharing with my husband all the dreams and work, that fills me and makes me happy. As for my work I try to give the best of me always inventing and looking for solutions to the problems that we face in the day to day, spiritually, I help people to grow and in that way I help myself, doing things in life helps me to be well with myself and with the world. Personally I am always setting goals for myself because my purpose is to feel good with my health and my mind, so I am always in a constant search for my happiness, I make lifestyle plans like eating healthy, exercising, reading personal growth books, traveling, enjoying with my family and friends.

Lo mejor de todo es que  lo hago  con esfuerzo, amor  y  mucha satisfacción y el resultado de esta transformación es lo que yo llamo vivir con propósito, porque me permite poner lo mejor de mí al servicio de los demás manteniendo mi felicidad.
