***300 grs de pasta, 1/2 litro de leche, 1 cebolla pequeña, 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo,  1 cucharadita de pimienta, 1 pizca de nuez moscada, 1 cucharadita de sal, 200 grs de queso mozarella*** // ***300 grams of pasta, 1/2 liter of milk, 1 small onion, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 200 grams of mozzarella cheese***.

Comienzo haciendo la salsa blanca der la siguiente manera, en una olla coloco la leche, dejando un poco para disolver la harina, le agrego la cebolla rallada, la pimienta, la mantequilla y la pizca de sal, la cocino a fuego lento revolviendo hasta que hierva, en esos momentos le agrego la harina disuelta en un poco de leche y sigo batiendo constantemente para que no se formen grumos, le agrego la pizca de nuez moscada y cuando vuelva a hervir apago. Reservo.

Seguido cocino la pasta, en una olla coloco agua cuando hierva añado sal y la pasta y sigo las instrucciones del empaque. Lista la cuelo y dejo escurrir.
