Once these details are entered the continue button becomes active.
Click that to continue and complete the process using your active wallet key.

Post delegation a user can claim back the delegated power by clicking the undelegate button next to the delegate button.

So you can delegate with the assurance that you can get your delegated amount back at any time. There is a 5 day window after which the undelegated amount comes back to you.
