I agree with creating a bigger web, getting on dex's being on different exchanges, wallets, and apps as a payment method. We're too much of a well kept secret and we've got decent tech to compare with other chains. 

We should have more products also we have gaming, we have NFT's, We have side chains, we've got some De-FI, we have gambling, we have social media, expanding the ecosystem and being having HIVE wallets as a login to other crypto tools is the way to go

We should have things like wrapped HIVE so you can use it in ETH De-fi and so much more outreach

You are right, I think we love talking about Hive here because there are so many 'what ifs' with it...What if we get to a dollar, what if we 10x, what if SMT's take off....Such an exciting place to build on.

Some of it is growing pains and frustrating at times, but I wouldn't change a thing. Loving the journey!

I think one of the biggest problems with HIVE is how hard we make it for others to research it.

Imagine someone finding the coin on coinmarketcap or coingecko. He gets onto hive.io, and then I try to simulate what he'll be thinking:

"Fast, scalable, powerful, the kind of bullshit every coin promotes. Something written about web3. Okay, they have some dapps. 

What is the roadmap? Where's the whitepaper? Who's the team?

*Clicks on join, sees multiple ways to sign up, including some where you need to pay*

Where do I sign up? Forget it." 

The website was coded in a few days when we were transitioning from Steem to Hive, and then it remained that way. It is so easy to improve it. 

It is super easy to add the whitepaper, which is almost complete as far as I know. It is super easy to add a quick word about blocktrades, howo, netuoso and other devs. 

Why not include all the dapp owners with short explanations of their vision for hive? For example yourself @theycallmedan for 3speak, aggroed with Palnet and hive-engine, khaleelkazi with the LEO community, yabapmatt for splinterlands, the PeakD guys, goodkarma with ecency etc, etc..

Why not include a link to some tutorial post on how hive works?? There are tons of good guides on Hive which only people on hive read. This doesn't make sense. 

Why not include a link to blocktrade's post where he exlpains how hive is a great first layer host for second layers? 

All those stuff literally take 10 minutes to code, we just need someone to coordinate everything. 

This would cover who "the team" is, would give some sense of a roadmap through the vision of founders and the whitepaper is just a must. 

Now I know that putting some people in front of others in a decentralized ecosystem is not necessarily "fair" or equal, but who cares? It's for the good of everyone. Some people might think, why is this dev mentioned and not me, why is this founder presented and not me, but then again, it is better than the alternative which we have now. 

Also, let's make hiveonboard the primary way of signing up, and make all other ways a lot less visible on the sign up page. Again, unfair, but who cares if it gets more people to sign up?

My vision for our Hive. 

I see Hive as a Decentralised Social Network. 

I see Discord as a Enemy that stand in the way of organic interactions on our own platforms and it’s kills the Community features on Hive. 

I see Twitter and Hive as USD and Bitcoin. 

We need every single person from our community on Twitter talking about hive to Grow Hive Network Effects
