Up close and personal with a Chinstrap penguin or two...

Chinstrap penguins and cocky, little mountaineers.  They have little to no fear with other animals around them and will happily stumble up to your feet to investigate what you are and what it is you are doing on their beach.  More importantly, its a nice daily dose of cuteness I love to share with the Steemit community.

This little guy decided he wanted to take a closer look at my camera and before I knew it he was right there for about 40 seconds then a hop, skip and a jump and he was off towards where his nest was with a young one waiting for a tasty snack.
