Soon they discover that Zeus, the king of the gods of Olympus, is behind all this, so the heroes decide to join forces to face the gods. But the real danger is hidden behind the shadows, where Odin and his army have set out to destroy the world while Loki continues with his plans.*

The first one I dove into and played was Dynasty Warriors 3. That's also where I learned PinYin from looking at the characters' names.

I like the historical context a lot.
