Hello friends. Wednesdays are different from other days for me. I enjoy posting here every Wednesday. Posting here also triggers me to walk. I continued my walks this week. Apart from walking, there is something extra I do in terms of nutrition. Last year, I started the autophagy diet upon the suggestion of our friend "Damla". Last year, I had fasted for more than two days by only drinking. Then, I ended it because of the problem that started in my digestive system. A few days ago, I remembered autophagy and decided to apply it. Again, there was a problem in my digestive system. Since the intestines work better in long-term fasting, problems occur in the digestive system. For this reason, I had to end the fast at the 38th hour.

After the 10th hour of fasting, I started to feel hungry. I drank water when I was hungry. Drinking water is very important in the autophagy diet. Drinking less water will cause headaches and dizziness. After the 15th-16th hour, the body gets used to hunger. It starts to consume nutrients stored in the muscles and liver. You no longer feel hungry at all, but you feel weak. In the autophagy diet, old, damaged cells die and young cells appear instead. It is very healthy for the body. If you do not have a chronic disease, I recommend you to try the autophagy diet. I decided to do this diet once a month.

*Açlığın 10. saatinden sonra karnım acıkmaya başladı. Acıktığım dönemlerde su içtim. Otofaji diyetinde su tüketmek oldukça önemli. Baş ağrısına , kafa dönmesine neden oalcaktır az su tüketmek. 15-16. saatten sonra vücut artık açlığa alışıyor. Kaslarda, karaciğerde depo edilmiş besinleri tüketmeye başlıyor. Artık hiçbir şekilde açlık hissetmiyorsunuz ancak halsizlik durumu oluşuyor. Otofaji diyetinde yaşlı, tahrip olmuş hücreler ölüyor, yerine genç olan hücreler ortaya çıkıyor. Vücut için oldukça sağlık. Kronik bir rahatsızlığınız yoksa otofaji diyetini denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Ayda bir bu diyeti yapmaya karar verdim.*

I visited different places during my walk. One of the beautiful tea gardens in the city. It is a very popular place especially in the summer. If the people who run this place were a little more visionary, it would be more beneficial for both themselves and the customers.

*Yürüyüşümde farklı yerlerde bulundum. Şehirdeki güzel çay bahçesinden biri. Özellikle yaz mevsiminde oldukça ilgi çeken bir yer. Burayı işletenler biraz vizyoner olsa hem kendileri hem müşteriler için daha faydalı olacaktır.*

The athletes were training in the stadium. It is a great chance for them that there is no snow on the field this season. The weather is sunny, it is a very suitable day for training.

There used to be military housing in this area. The housing was torn down because it was old. There is no one interested in this place right now. Naturally, there is a lot of garbage here. I hope a project is done for this place as soon as possible. That's all I'm going to say this week. See you next week.
