Still sleepy, little by little, as if in a tunnel, I come back to reality. I feel my warm blanket, I feel very comfortable in my bed.  I slowly open my eyes and the first thing I see is my pet, looking me right in the eyes and wagging his tail; beyond is the light of a new day.

The thermometer reads 18 degrees Celsius, for this tropical beauty, who lives in a country with an eternal spring (never too cold, never too hot), being at 18 °C is a very pleasant temperature and I can't help thinking of a dear friend who lives in Turkey. 

As I am writing this post, the temperature in his city is 9 °C. My thought transports me as if I were teleporting to his city and I see myself with a pile of sweaters, jackets and blankets on me.  I wouldn't even look out the door of the house, let alone the window.

I quickly look at the temperature in some countries where friends live and at this moment they are either very cold, i.e. below 15°C or very hot, above 25°C. So I thank the universe for having assigned my country as my place of residence. 

@saffisara, I am very happy to live where I live. I think it is a wonderful country, something like a lost paradise and it is worth knowing.  We have beautiful beaches, we have desert, we have plains, we have impressive jungles and we have high mountains, where if we are lucky, when we go up the cable car in the state of Merida, we can find snow.

So the truth is that if I could choose a country to live in, I would still choose the place where I was born. What I would like is to have a lot of money to be able to do tourism in all the countries of the world and I would also like the economic situation of my country not to be as precarious as it is, but you know, not everything is perfect.

### AHORA EN ESPAÑOL
Aun soñolienta, poco a poco, como si de un túnel se tratara, vuelvo a la realidad. Siento mi cobija calentita, me siento muy a gusto en mi cama.  Abro poco a poco mis ojos y lo primero que veo es a mi mascota, viéndome justo a los ojos y meneando su cola; mas allá la luz de un nuevo día.

El termómetro marca 18 grados centígrados, para esta belleza tropical, quien vive en un país con una eterna primavera (nunca es muy frio, ni muy caliente), estar en 18 °C es una temperatura muy agradable y no evito pensar en un querido amigo quien vive en Turquía. 

Mientras redacto este post, la temperatura en su ciudad es de 9 °C. Mi pensamiento me traslada como si de teletransportación se tratara a su ciudad  y me veo con un montón de suéteres, chaquetas y cobijas sobre mí.  Ni de casualidad me asomaría a la puerta de la casa y mucho menos a la ventana.

Veo rápidamente la temperatura en algunos países donde viven amigos y en este momento o, son muy fríos, es decir, están por debajo de los 15 °C o son muy calientes, por encima de los 25 °C. Entonces agradezco al universo haberme asignado a mi país como mi lugar de residencia. 

@saffisara, te cuento que estoy muy feliz de vivir en donde vivo. Creo que es un país maravilloso, algo así como un paraíso perdido y es digno de conocer.  Tenemos playas muy lindas, tenemos desierto, tenemos llanos, tenemos selvas impresionantes y tenemos montañas elevadas, donde si corremos con suerte, al subir al teleférico en el estado Mérida, podemos encontrarnos con nieve.

Entonces la verdad es que si pudiera elegir un país donde vivir, seguiría eligiendo el lugar donde nací. Lo que si me gustaría es tener mucho dinero para poder hacer turismo por todos los países del mundo y también me gustaría que la situación económica de mi país no fuese tan precaria como lo es, pero ya sabes, no todo es perfecto.
