Mientras leía la [Iniciativa: Espacio de Poder – Mi Compromiso con el éxito](https://peakd.com/hive-140971/@emiliorios/lanzamos-espacio-de-poder-la-nueva-columna-de-beentreperneur-para-crear-el-pensamiento-de-lo-posible-y-una-micro-iniciativa-de) del amigo @emiliorios en la comunidad #beentrepreneur, no pude evitar comparar el viaje de un emprendedor con el viaje de Alicia en el País de las Maravillas.  Nuestra pequeña Alicia, una niña llena de miedos e inseguridades inicia un viaje fantástico. Conoce seres excepcionales y únicos, que la ayudan a descubrirse, sobre todo Absolem, una oruga azul que mide 3 pulgadas y cuyo tamaño para él es el adecuado. Esta capacidad de aceptación de quién es él, nos habla bastante de este peculiar personaje. Absolem hace preguntas complejas Alicia, podemos inferir sobre sus deseos, prioridades, pero sobre todo la pregunta fulminante ¿Quién eres? que dejó a Alicia perpleja, tal y como nosotros quedamos cuando nos hicieron esa pregunta por primera vez. Es más, aun hoy en día, yo me preguntó ¿Quién soy yo? Si vez mas allá del cuento, de la película animada o mi favorita, la versión de Tim Burton; Alicia luego de visitar el país de las maravillas, regresa renovada, segura de quien es y qué quiere, en pocas palabras, ha salido de su crisálida. Se ha empoderado. Al regresar a su realidad toma decisiones que la llevan a viajar por el mundo, no solo se ha empoderado, ha iniciado el viaje del emprendimiento. Se me acaba de antojar que @emiliorios es Absolem, no por su tamaño u origen, sino por las preguntas que ha desarrollado en la iniciativa y cada uno de quienes estamos leyendo y/o participando en su iniciativa somos unas “pequeñas Alicia”.  Todos tenemos sueños y metas en nuestra vida, quizá solo nos falta asomarnos en el agujero del conejo y lanzarnos en ese abismo que aunque se nos antoje peligroso y oscuro, al final, cual túnel, veremos la luz, no solo la luz física, sino esa luz que nos guía y nos lleva al camino correcto para alcanzar nuestros sueños. El desconocimiento y por sobre todo el miedo siempre estarán presentes, sin embargo, te tengo una noticia, utilízalo como pivote, como ese punto de apoyo para alcanzar lo que deseas. Esa es una de las mejores estrategias que podemos tener, hacer de ese miedo un amigo que nos alerta, pero solo es eso, no le des más importancia de la que en realidad tiene. Un querido amigo siempre me decía “un pesimista, es un optimista que sabe algo más”, entonces, te invito a que veas el miedo como ese pesimista – optimista. Algo te está diciendo: evalúa, corrige y sigue. ¡Nunca te detengas! Pensar que no tenemos tiempo, no tenemos habilidades, que otro ya hizo lo que teníamos pensado o no entiendo eso de emprender son solo manifestaciones del miedo. Así que ya sabemos que hacer, lancémonos por el agujero del conejo y vivamos la experiencia de hacernos chicos, hacernos gigantes, conocer gente bonita y conocer gente que nos enreda la vida, todos forman parte de nuestro entrenamiento. Lo importante es tomar el gran aprendizaje que nos están dando.  Querer hacer el emprendimiento solo o acompañado, depende de la naturaleza de cada persona. En mis emprendimientos siempre he estado sola y la verdad no me ha ido mal, aunque no he llegado lejos. Tener que hacer todo sola es muy limitante por el factor tiempo. Ahora bien, hacerlo en sociedad, personalmente es la combinación perfecta o como un dicho que me gusta mucho “¿Quieres llegar rápido? ve solo. ¿Quieres llegar lejos? ve acompañado” **Hoy en modo reflexión. Our little Alice, a girl full of fears and insecurities starts a fantastic journey. She meets exceptional and unique beings, who help her discover herself, especially Absolem, a blue caterpillar who is 3 inches tall and whose size is just right for him. This ability to accept who he is tells us a lot about this peculiar character. Absolem asks Alice complex questions, we can infer about his desires, priorities, but above all the withering question Who are you? that left Alice perplexed, just as we were when we were asked that question for the first time. Indeed, even today, I still ask myself, "Who am I? If you look beyond the story, the animated film or my favorite, Tim Burton's version; Alice, after visiting Wonderland, returns refreshed, sure of who she is and what she wants, in short, she has emerged from her chrysalis. She has been empowered. Upon returning to her reality she makes decisions that lead her to travel the world, not only has she become empowered, she has begun the journey of entrepreneurship. It just occurred to me that @emiliorios is Absolem, not because of her size or origin, but because of the questions she has developed in the initiative and each of us who are reading and/or participating in her initiative are a "little Alice".  We all have dreams and goals in our lives, maybe we just need to peek into the rabbit hole and throw ourselves into that abyss that although it seems dangerous and dark, at the end, like a tunnel, we will see the light, not only the physical light, but that light that guides us and leads us to the right path to achieve our dreams. Ignorance and above all fear will always be present, however, I have news for you, use it as a pivot, as that fulcrum to achieve what you want. That is one of the best strategies we can have, make that fear a friend that alerts us, but that's all it is, do not give it more importance than it really has. A dear friend always told me "a pessimist is an optimist who knows something else", so I invite you to see fear as that pessimist-optimist. Something is telling you: evaluate, correct and go on. Never stop! Thinking that we don't have time, we don't have the skills, that someone else has already done what we had in mind or that I don't understand what we have in mind are just manifestations of fear. So now we know what to do, let's go down the rabbit hole and live the experience of becoming small, becoming giants, meeting beautiful people and meeting people who make our lives difficult, all are part of our training. The important thing is to take the great learning they are giving us.  Whether you want to do the venture alone or accompanied, it depends on the nature of each person. In my ventures I have always been alone and the truth is that I have not done badly, although I have not gotten far. Having to do everything alone is very limiting because of the time factor. Teamwork always gives better results than solo races; obviously you have to find good partners and a good team, otherwise better alone of course. I love Tim Burton's version of alice too, it's too good!
