In this video I share some thoughts about how to get happy in our life. 

This is basically everything I want to write about this, because it is really late and I need some time to rest :)

I love the rain. That's an excellent place to make a video. But seriously, I have been trained as a master resiliency trainer. What we teach is that optimism builds resilience and there are techniques we teach to help build optimism. Good video.

Die Welt geht nicht unter und dreht sich auch weiter wenn wir Mal nen Gang runter schalten.
Wichtig ist denke ich, zu erkennen, was man selbst beeinflussen kann und was nicht. Sonst verbrennt man sich an Aufgaben, die gar nicht lösbar sind
