Summary of what I learnt from the teachings of brother Eli on our Bible study held on Zoom


There was only one language existing on earth.
The fathers of old spoke only one language meaning they heard it from somebody. 

The reason why Adam was able to speak was because somebody spoke to him. We can only learn how to speak by hearing from someone

For someone to have the ability to pronounce words without mistakes, he must hear it from someone always.
Just as God spoke to Adam in the Bible.

 Language started with Adam because God spoke to him.

Hebrews 1:1
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets.



Guinness book of knowledge recorded that most languages are related with much shared vocabularies.

God was speaking to Abram in these portions of the Bible. 

Genesis 12:1
Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee.


 Genesis 17:1
And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

In Deuteronomy 4:6
God instructed the Israelites to keep and obey his commandments here.

"Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people"



Most nations are living with these commandments of God in their Constitutions. Commandments like:  thou shall not kill, thou shalt not steal, etc., this signifies that these commandments came from God almighty.

Without God speaking to humanity, Humanity wouldn't have learnt how to speak. Because the general term of speaking is communication
