Although i don't have a clear solution for your problem, i am putting my thoughts to work on this one. The potential for crypto in countries like yours is huge, and i even think that bitcoin was made with 3th world countries in mind.

Start using steemit to gather some crypto, and make sure you mention your wallet adresses, so that if anyone wants to donate, they can.  I do believe a solution will come, this is too big of a market to remain untouched. The only question is, will it arrive on time ? Or any idea's anyone ??
