孩子一直嚷嚷着要自己动手做菜给我们吃，而我一直怕孩子被油炸到自己身上。所以拒绝孩子亲自下厨。这次孩子再次提出来要自己下厨，我爽快答应了。

晚上我把菜都洗好，大娃自己切了西红柿，我切了其配料，最后我在一旁口头指导，孩子刚开始手拿锅铲的时候，心里有点怕。

不过最简单的西红柿炒蛋也被孩子做出来了，味道还算可以。后面的一个爆炒猪手，我只是帮忙放油煸了一下猪手，其他配料也是孩子自己放，边炒边加料，告诉了孩子少放酱油和耗油、盐，用量上孩子把握得还算好，出锅的时候我盛出来放碗里了。

总体来说孩子第二次下厨比上一次有长进很多了。明年五年级了，可以适当的给孩子提高生活自理能力了。至于以后学校会不会要求每个孩子必须掌握做饭做菜这种必须技能，暂时还不知道，但是这些是孩子必须成长经历的一部分。
