The joint pain of patient is indeed related with the change of weather, air humidity and temperature. The cold the weather is, the greater the influence is.
**One of the pathological explanation for joint pain predicting the weather is that synovium in joint is very thin, the blood vessels inside are very sensitive, and there is large number of nerves around the synovium. As soon as the weather changes, the blood vessels in synovial inflammation contract, which can stimulate the peripheral nerves and result in obvious pain.**
