沙葱又叫蒙古韭，长在沙漠里的小葱，又像韭菜又像葱，所以叫这两个名字吗？又是内蒙老板娘送的哈哈😄在直播间买牛肉，老板娘说这次送些野生沙葱，上次送的土鸡蛋。听到说送沙葱 我也没有立即拒绝，因为当时根本不知道沙葱是啥东西，听名字大概率就是啥子蔬菜之类的吧~

因为周末她们家才有牛肉卖，工作日卖的都是羊肉，她提前说了送沙葱，还让我到时提醒她一下，但又不让在直播间提醒，看来沙葱挺抢手哈，怕不够送。不过周末买牛肉时，我还是在直播间提醒的她😂就想着提醒一下她，有就送，没有也没所谓。

收到货我妈拆箱的，她说有点韭菜香。韭菜叶是扁的，小葱又是空心，沙葱叶圆且是实心。搜索了一下沙葱的做法，有凉拌，或者沙葱炒鸡蛋，在内蒙当地有一个特色 沙葱牛肉饼。晚上做来吃，我就按韭菜盒子的做法安排了。

因为是野生的，洗干净后炒了一遍水，切碎加少许热油锁水，适量虾皮和一个打散的鸡蛋（怕馅料出水，鸡蛋可以用煎熟的鸡蛋碎，我家不爱吃那种就用了生的鸡蛋）适量盐馅料完成。

刚出锅我第一个吃😄比我想象中好吃，比韭菜好吃！没有韭菜那么重的味，非常淡的韭菜味夹着鲜香😍还没吃过瘾，一个就没了哈哈~算了，晚上不吃那么多……少食得味，多食无味嘛！有机会在找老板娘送一些哈哈~

虽然我也第一次见，但我以前自从去了包头出差就知道了沙葱，我同事告诉我们吃沙葱长大的牛羊味道更鲜美，在同事家楼下吃的那顿饭印象深刻，牛肉太好吃了😂
