Is it really healthier to live in the countryside? || Beautiful rural life || The authenticity of the interior tribes ! !

The leaves fell to the ground, then the wind came and took them away from the branches where the wind went. Other leaves also sway in the wind, feeling cool in the body. Spending the afternoon by cycling is very fun, in addition to training the leg muscles it also improves blood circulation to our limbs. Today I spent around the countryside right next to the beach. Even though I ride alone without a lover, I still feel happy.


When the sun sets in the afternoon, many people do sports, perform various roles, from jogging, lifting the barbell, exercising, pedaling a bicycle and so on. Like what I did today, circling the shoreline when the sun begins to set in the northwest, cycling is also a sport, even though it's an activity to spend the afternoon, but it has benefits for our bodies.

I unconsciously saw a green snail walking in the kedondong tree, it really caught my attention when I took a break by the beach, the stretch of green grass around the shoreline as well as the roadside promises a million beautiful natural panorama.

Hhhhmmmm this is very beautiful, they also pay attention to the beautiful styles, I think this green snail looks like he knows I'm watching him. Pretty beautiful isn't it? A few days ago, the tropics experienced a month of drought, a lot of wild habitats were extinct, some groups of wild animals could survive in the summer.

For those who live in rural areas, for those who have not fulfilled their needs, the benefits of living in rural areas for those who are less fortunate are easy to find food for free, because in rural areas generally there are lots of free vegetables and fruit. My husband's family has a house in a countryside setting, I've been there many times, being a city girl I came to love vacationing at their house. With that said, I think it is healthier to live in the countryside.
