Lets Talk About Airdrops

When you google airdrop to find out what it is, the very first definitions that you will find relates to an application for apple devices that uses wifi technology to share files and documents accross native devices. Today i will rather be talking about different airdrop which is particularly associated to crypto currencies. As the name already sound, "cryptoccurrency airdrop is a distribution of a cryptocurrency token or coin, usually for free, to a large number of wallet addresses, and primarily implemented as a way of gaining attention and new followers resulting in a larger user-base and a wider disbursement of coins." <code>wikipedia</code>

Airdrops actually takes advantage of you to expand their userbase but in return gives you a token worth your while. The lunch of ethereum brought introduceds a lot of tokens who all wanted attention and created a cascade of airdrops many of which were worthless and many more have stayed and gained popularity and value. Airdrop can not be skipped by recent incoming coins as it provides a userbase of individual who already understand what crypto currency already is.

The lunch of EOS which is a giant operating system hosting several tokens has revived the cascade of airdrop events. EOS stake holders often get new tokens delivered in their wallet for the sake of just holding their coins in their wallet. As at now airdrop has been a major way to reward stake holders. It becomes much more fun when there is a bounty attached to the airdrops. Today i am going to introduce you to a few airdrops which you can benefit from.
