My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2022
오늘은 밀린 개인일을 보려고 휴가를 냈습니다. 아침 일찍 일어나서 집 사람과 여기저기 부지런히 다니면서 일을 보았는데, 보통은 미국 행정업무가 늘 예상보다 오래 걸려서 오후까지 다른 일정은 잡지 않았는데, 오늘 간 곳은 모두 빨리 처리되어서 11시에 모두 끝낼 수 있었습니다. 

갑자기 보너스 같은 반나절의 시간이 내려서 그동안 가보고 싶었던 정육점에서 고기를 사서 집에서 구워 점심을 먹고, Gym도 가고 오는 길에 통증병원까지 다 들르고도 4시밖에 안되어.. 다시 근처 한인 마트에서 국거리와 간단한 장을 보고 저녁도 집에서 먹고 ..

물론 저녁 6:30분에 회의가 있어서 회사에 잠시 갔다와야하지만 나름 꽤 알찬 하루를 보낸 것 같습니다.

내일부터는 또 부지런히 밀린 일을 해야겠습니다. 오늘도 많이 걷고 건강한 하루되세요~
