Mouseflow helps you to understand what your users are doing, helping you to build better products and provide a better experience for your customers. Within their platform they have a few different features to help you. These include session replay to help you to track clicks, movement, forms, and more. Heatmaps to anonymously summarize where people click/touch, move the mouse, scroll, pay attention, etc. Funnels to track activity from page-to-page on your site and focus on key user journeys within your product.

The aim of this product is to eliminate guessing what your users need and provide them with an experience which matters. Overall it helps you uncover issues with your site, improve usability, and overall increase conversions for your products and services.

I had no idea that something like this exists but I am thrilled to find out about it. I mean, the tech is undoubtedly highly helpful because, if you're able to see what your users are doing, you're able to improve not just your site but your marketing. I'm surprised to see how many big companies are using it already.
