This is a corporate guarantee deal from Verizon. I like that this is so close to a Target, Chick-Fil-A and other good retail. Wireless stores tend to pay high rent. There are 5 years left on the lease and this is likely the highest and best use. I love that this was originally developed as a fast food deal beacuse if you did ever have to re-tenant this is already permitted. A Fast food drive thru will pay less rent, but this is good intrinsic real estate for a single tenant property.
