<html> <p>In Soviet Union in the 70s and 80s was popular to have such pieces of art at home. Made of stamping metal they sometimes portrayed some perfect soviet propaganda characters. I found this one in the closet of one apartment I rented in Kiev. It shows a running woman, probably towards the <em>bright future</em> :) </p> <p>I wanted to make something out of it and combined it with a modern glossy magazine to show the contrast of eras. </p> <p>https://i.imgsafe.org/54ac30f639.jpg</p> <p><br></p> </html>
