Be Kind to Others

One of the fruits of the Holy Spirit is Kindness and love. Hence, as born again Christians, these traits must be seen and shown by us. God our Father is love; He loved us and still loves us which led Him to showing man kindness through Jesus Christ.

We were undeserving of His kindness yet God still showed man kindness. In consequence, it is expected of us as God's Envoys to wear kindness as a garment and love like a shield. You cannot be a born again Christian and you don't love your fellow man or help them in times of need.

We live in cruel world, people are passing through a lot that they can say to you. The least we can do is show kindness to as many as come our way. Treat everyone with respect and love; don't without good from people when it is in your power to do so.

There's need for us to look out for each other in any capacity we can. Just a little gift or phone call could cheer someone up and light up their day. There are many needy persons around us. The reason God blessed you was for the purpose of being a helping hand to these needy ones.

The good thing is that God will always reward our labour of love. When you give kindness and love, it comes back to you even in hundred folds. Remember, God doesn't go back on His words. He says that when you give, you will receive.

You never can tell what tomorrow will look like, you may need people to be kind to you or help in some aspects. In such times, what will speak for you is how kind you had been when you had the capacity. The message today is that we should always show kindness to one another no matter how little it may be.
