Coinbase: Ethereum 2.0 Staking COMING SOON!

That ETH staking is coming to Coinbase and APR is up to 7.5%

This is not live yet but they have a waitlist opne right now so if you are interesting in ETH staking, you should join the waitlist.

So the key points are...
* APR is **3% to 7.5%** but depends on the ETH staking situations.
* There is no minimum for Coinbase staking so you don't have to have 32 ETH to start.
* Staked ETH is LOCKED at least for the initial launch. You won't be able to trade, sell or send ETH. But later this year, they will upgrade the system so that you can use the asset while staking.
* Risk! If you stake ETH by yourself, ETH could get slashed if you don't know what you are doing, and it is same for Coinbase. Coinbase gets penalized and loses their funds however, staked uers won't. Coinbase will "cover" the risk so ETH stakers have less risks compared to "do it yourself" staking.
* Rewards will appear automatically so you don't have to spend gas fee to claim your rewards!

I am not sure if I jump into ETH staking right away, since the funds get locked for a while... but it doesn't hurt to be on the waitlist and start small... maybe?
