This looks like chicken to me, but it is actually plantbased "meat" made by a Japanese start up company.

It is called ""NEXT MEATS". It is kind of like Impossible meat or beyond meat I think.
It seems like these "meats" are made by 3D meat printer?!

It sounds weird.... and it looks weird that meats are produced in a chemical lab...😬
But I eat these meat all the time and it taste pretty good like real meat.
Sometimes I don't know what is real and what is not... some of those plant based meats are really good I can't tell the difference.
And now Japan is getting into this plant-based business.

This burger looks like a burger. Hopefully it taste good but it is not available everywhere yet... so I won't know..., but it supposed to a future of meat and save the planet.
I am not sure about all that but if it taste good, this will save me fore sure 😆

日本の食事はまだまだアメリカより人に優しくないと思う。アメリカの人たちはアレルギーとか宗教とかいろいろな理由で食べれないものが沢山あります。
なので、レストランで注文するときはこれとこれは抜きでとか、他の物とこうかんして違うものをたしてくれとか、作る側からしたら難しい注文が多い。でも大概の場合は、普通に受け入れられる。日本でそんな注文したら、文句言ってるみたいに受取られて逆に怒られそう。
自分はベジタリアンでもヴィーガンでもないけど、プラントベースの代替え肉を結構よく食べる。
地球環境とかエコとか健康とかを考えてプラントベースバーガーとかを食べてるわけでもないかも。
多少はでも、健康を気にしているところはあるかな。。。
単純なところ、アメリカのプラントベースの食べ物は味も食感も従来の肉と変わりがないぐらいのレベルなので、普通にお肉を食べてる気がする。
もちろん、やけにまめっぽかったり、豆腐と草が混ざったようなすごくベジタリアンぽい代替え肉もあるけど、そういうのはあんまりおいしくない。
ネクストミーツが地球を救う未来の肉なのかどうかは分からないけど、食べてみたい。
焼肉シリーズのカルビとかも凄いかも。
普通にお店ではまだ変えないところが残念。
キックスターターみたいな[Makuake](https://www.makuake.com/project/nextmeats/)というところでしか今のところは買えないみたい。人気でるかなぁ日本で。
