Hello steemians, i haven't  been blogging for a while now and a lot of friends have been asking me the reason why. Well it's  because i have been busy with some school stuffs lately. Our exams are starting in 10 days and we have been doing a lot of practicals and tests lately. So i decided to introduce you guys to my life in school,what i study, and my plans of introducing steemit to Futo. 

So this is Federal University of Technology Owerri,FUTO. It is a school for just science and technological courses. Though there are a few management programs held there too, although they are being scrapped out gradually out of the system. 

Moving in a litle, you would see our senate building. This us like the CPU of our school, the brain of our school. Every decision concerning the school is being made in the building. Our Vice Chancellor is Prof. Francis Eze, from the physics department. *PHYSICS!!! one of the most deadliest and harsh departments in FUTO,they have an history of stressing students*

So to day i am just going to take you to my faculty and finally my department. So i am in the School of Physical Science, SOPS, formally a joint school with the School of Biological Sciences, SOBS, answering School of Science,SOSC. Departments in my faculty include, Geoscience, Industrial Physics, Computer Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Statistics and Mathematics.

Now to my department, I study Science Laboratory Technology. You see, this department is a special one, (because am special too). In Futo, we are the only department that go to their different options from 200 lv ( 2nd year). The most amazing stuff about this options under Slt is that they themselves are departments in Futo. They are, physics/applied electricity option, Geology/Minning option, Microbiology/Virology option and Biochemistry /Chemistry option. So sometimes we just hail ourselves as the only department in Futo that is also a Faculty. So I am in the Geology/Minning option. I couldn't  take pictures of my department because it is currently under renovation. So i took a picture of the Geology building (my option). Because in the actual sense, i am 90% a geology student already, because almost all my courses are geological courses.

So thats just me in school proper. I know some of you would be like "why not do a steemit meet up in futo" *smiles*. It is work in progress. I have plans with @prechi and @sussan to host a steemit conference  in Futo next year January. So for now, we are just spreading the word of steemit and making new Steem desciples.. So,, Go Steemit!!!
