Unless you arrived to Steem with a huge of Steem Power bought that allows you to survive from curation and other strategies as vote-buying and the like, you are going to struggle for a while till you would start to be noted by the audience...that’s a fact.

No matter if you are really an experienced writer or an amazing video creator, you are going to suffer, a lot...

It will be frustrating the majority of the time here...seeing how you are not taken into consideration is painful but it cost some time to get discovered by other steemians, even more if you pretend that a whale will find you...

However, there is a major work you can do while you keep building your blog. And this thing is even more important than writing good quality posts or publishing the most beautiful pics or videos...

It is so important than it will be the key of your success here, understanding “success” as an achievable milestone, of course.

I am sorry if you heard it several times already in the past but, I think it is necessary to reiterate it again.

The INPUT is the whole Steem Ecosystem, ENGAGEMENT is the PROCESS and the OUTPUT is target SUCCESS.

Totally agree on that. That's the lesson I've learned right from the beginning. Nowadays unfortunately I don't have that much time anymore to read posts and share my view. For someone wanting to make the most out of this platform and to have a great experience engagement is definitely a must. It's not just a blogging platform after where one author serves his article and shuts the door behind him.

But also, if you have not time to dedicate to Steem, after having engaged, the Steem Blockchain has mechanisms in order to sustain and support your already built network of steemians and for you to get benefit from that...this is similar simply brilliant
