To anyone involved in BITCOIN, Crypto and trading, I think is worth to spend 5 minutes reading the story of a guy (@PeterMcCormack at twitter) who invest  some money in crypto by the end of  2016 and who passed from being a millionaire to lose almost everything during the current crypto bearish market.

From the bottom to the top 
In Jan 2018 I had 10 times the money I have now.
If I could turn the time back, I would sell in Janunary and just relax without checking the market etc.

I do, because I did invest just as much as I could loose completely without crying in the corner. But I know some people who went superfomo and invested everything they had in crypto and lost so much money. HODLing, but thinking about suicide every day

Yeah...I turned zero dollars into $30,000 here on Steemit.... sold some at the top but bought really crappy coins and now have about $1000 that seems to be dropping to zero now .... oh well ... easy come easy go

You and me both. I stopped by to tell you I really appreciate all of the support you show both my wife and I, a big huge thanks @scorer, it’s a pleasure having you around! “Thank you.”

I’m that same guy just on a lower scale. I pulled profits last year and even some this year, but like dude in that article, I got greedy.

When I saw my balance hit 100k, we partied. 200k, we partied. 300k and everything stopped. Greed set in and I wanted to ride it to a million. We could’ve profited about 350k, instead we’re in the green and full of “woulda shoulda.”

Lesson learned. But I can’t be pissed at myself, it’s not like I’m doing something that’s familiar to me, you know? Sure, I’ll play my hand differently next time but when it’s the only hand you have and you’ve never played, I think “woulda shoulda” and poor decisions are to be expected.

Read a large portion of the thread. Thanks a lot for sharing. Resteemed for more visibility. Too bad the guy is buying into the "Bitcoin is store o value" and he is showing too much sympathy for BTC Maximalism. Personally I'm loving the bear and even managed to become a Dolphin along the way. Didn't sell a penny for fiat and I'm down bout 75% from my peak. But I'm actually feeling pretty good. if I had a house I'd be getting a loan on that to ladder in.
