**OUR MISSION**
To promote Onwubiko International Soccer Academy and Stadium as the number one soccer hub in Nigeria and beyond and also make Okpala the capital of football tourism in Nigeria using Media.

**OUR VISION**
To be the backbone of Onwubiko International Soccer Academy and Stadium through media and publicity

**HOW WILL PLAN TO PROMOTE THE ACADEMY'S ACTIVITIES IN 2023**

Most of the activities of the stadium will be covered and uploaded online. we also plan to attract other players by encouraging them to like, share or join our social media platform so as to get action videos or pictures from matches played at the academy.We plan to promoted the activities in the stadium to our esteemed customers using the following medium
1. Youtube.
2. Google Business Page
3. Instagram
4. TikTok
5. Facebook
6. Twitter
OISA Soccer Academy and stadium already have accounts with hundreds of follows of which we are already strategizing to increase the follows in their thousands. These platform mentioned can generate money from their online activities is they are utilize effectively

OISA Media team has developed an online platform for the sales of merchandise. The online shop will have the capacity to make and recieve online payment and generate reciepts for goods and also accept retailers to register and own their own accounts and virtual shops without physically visiting the secretarait.This platform will be use more often and various shop owners will be encourage to upload their products of which when sold the department will recieve commission based on percentage agreed upon.

The Media Team is planning to equip the stadium with state of the art gadgets and equipment for a digital studio where pictures and videography can be done either in the stadium for individuals or corporate bodies, the department is planning to secure gadgets that they can use to execute projects outside the stadium events. this will generate revenue for the stadium and also set the stadium as a digital hub for covering every events and occasions.

The Media Department of OISA plans to develop video analysis of players during match play or training section. we also accepts video footage of players during matches or training which will be accompanied by their current coach's references. We will also produce short videos for players to showcase their skills and abilities

We plan registration of players for try-out and scouting both physical and online with forms which may attract fees depending on whether the player is a registered student of the football academy or not.

We are making use of Merchant payment system (POS) both physical at the secretariate and online more often of which tickets and other financial transactions can be done with them.
