This era of twenty-first century, has witnessed a lot of technological drive and two of such technology based innovations are crypto Blockchain and Artificial intelligence.
In technical productions, the need for a large annoted datasets and technical infrastructure, has given birth to "Effect Artificial Intelligence" (A.I).

Effect A. I is a decentralised mechanical Turk and a network that provides all the services of an Artificial intelligence in a decentralised, open manner and with an easy-entry access, devoid of fees thus, stimulating a rapid industrial growth. 
 
In order to actualise technical value, Effect  network, works through the NEO Blockchain and under three platforms that makes use of EFX  as its network token. 
So therefore, Effect network is grouped in three phases:
1.  Effect A. I Mechanical Turk- which solves the demand for human intelligence and supervision. 
Generally, A. I requires human intelligence because some data e.g Captcha required human supervision to ensure that the output is in line.

2.  Effect A. I Smart market- which provides the basis for a genuine algorithm.

3.  Effect A. I Power- which allows for complex computation of  data/services.

In providing a  unique decentralised mechanical Turk, Effect network created the "Effect Force".


   The invention of Effect Force and its high level of discretion, 
will help in securing employment for a larger world population,  irrespective of their  socio-economic characteristics, geographic location or level career expertise. 
If only they have an internet connection and can easily operate a computer.

   Its accessiblility will also provide an extra income to career workers while serving as an unbiased succour to the unemployed, physically challenged, people with low standard of living and even the elite-aged people all over the world.

   Effect force will also help motivate workers to put in their best, through its ability to pay worker's wages instantly and sincerely.

   In terms of multi company usage, Effect Force provides an efficient avenue where big companies can assemble and examine all their acquired micro task based projects.
