In this era of technological innovations and active peer to peer globalisation, the need for Blockchain smart contracts and good organizational network has increased.
When large intelligence and smart contracts are conceived by organizations, it requires a transparent and solid framework  which will ensure that the general  decision and views of stakeholders are incorporated to produce a concise and accepted objective, actions  and results.


The potentials of DAOs in running organizations

The need for a fair governing system of organizations gave birth to the Decentralised Autonomous Organization (DAO). 


DAOs are token based independent network that operates around shared goals which enhances the production of open and shareable resources amongst a system.

It is powered by the effect network which ensures it's efficiency in assembling,  examining and executing acquired smart contract projects, based on its fair encoded voting power which is devoid of corruption and reputation influence.
DAO,  in the above manner,  will help to increase efficiency, reduce cost and enhance the structure of organizations.

Every organisation has structure, rules and governance. 
But because of the inconsistency of power and mutations of merit. Several intended reward or aid systems have failed to deliver fair justice for example if an organisation decides to reward its employees based on their punctuality and workload, it will set up a committee who would in most cases become biased, corrupt, revengeful or undecided in their judgements.
But with DAOstack, there is no single point of control or failure because it is centreless mesh network of agencies with its own codes and incentives.

Scalability - Other organizations usually becomes less effective once their hierarchy becomes complex.  
This also affects their decision making but DAO stacks utilizes  the opportunity to become more efficient, agile and scalable through free markets, while still upholding their scalable nature and adept coherence. 

Decentralization- The system is open for random participants under certain rules (open protocol).

Monetization of attention -  DAO  incentivizes the agents by giving them tokens in order for them to properly scrutinise the numerous decisions put on ground.
This concept does not bribe nor buy their votes but rather, it's a sort of motivation to vote within a stipulated time for the conclusion of projects and implementations.

The dynamic nature of decentralised autonomous organisation,

   Allows for easy upgrade and modifications of a governance system to the benefit of the participating organisation.

   Allows third parties create their own decentralised elements according to their needs.

   Ensures that miners have a comfortable background to work on and with joint collaboration, develop super great DApps that can be upgraded into limitless possibilities.

   Ensures that the voting system is well organised, such that votes are majority based and not on total voting members but the total different vote opinions.

Hence, the DAO stack works like a word press for Blockchain just as word press does for web and this is achieved with the help of:
