Hi, my dear friends!

Today we talk so much about the influence of humanity on nature that we completely forget that this is a mutual process. It must be admitted that modern humanity is often distinguished by a certain arrogance and sincerely considers itself capable of controlling nature. Nature, in this confrontation, seems to me like some kind of huge organism, which at first brushes aside the tricks of mankind, as we brush aside an annoying mosquito, but it can also swat!

I have to say that observing the cycles of nature, or as I call them the energies of nature, became my hobby not too long ago. I am a child of a big city and my experience of country life began when I was already over forty. Now I definitely miss my Kyiv apartment sometimes, but I'm not sure that I'm ready to exchange a country house for my old lifestyle.

Now when the summer started we are in for an amazing energy of June, which is considered the highest point of the year heyday of Nature. The 21st of June is the day of the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year and the shortest night, which traditionally symbolizes the victory of Light over Darkness.

Let's talk, what kind of energy will surround us during this period? What is good to do now?

   June is the month for the fulfillment of desires. At this time, the natural forces of Heaven and Earth unite, opening an easy passage for our thoughts to the Higher Powers. If your requests are kind and disinterested, they will be sure to be heard.  Even if you don't believe in all this, why not try it? They say that thought is material, and the word is even more material than thought. Try to voice your desire, referring to the Universe, and suddenly it has a great mood today and you will be lucky. 😉

Plant life is now at some high point. Growth continues and at the same time the first fruits begin to ripen. The vegetation is still strong, it is not burned out by the hot summer sun. Enjoy it! Try to lead a lifestyle that will allow you to "accumulate" the energy of nature: spend time in the sun (moderately), swim in natural ponds, and go barefoot. 

Speaking of building barefoot. This is very useful, because our foot contains a huge number of sensitive points, the impact on which has a positive effect on our health. Well, besides, walking barefoot on the grass or warm sand is a pleasure!

   The overabundance of energy can cause a feeling of anxiety, even mild insomnia. Do not worry too much. Soon everything will pass in a natural way. It is even better not to wait, but to direct the existing overabundance of energy to solve problems that previously lacked strength. For example, instead of being nervous because of fruitless attempts to fall asleep, finally put the order in the pantry to which you have not reached hands for a year already.


   Pay attention to your food. Eat more vegetables, fruits, greens, but just those that grow in your region of residence. 
 
   If you have such an opportunity, collect and dry mint, nettle, and other useful herbs. Make aromatic pads with herbs. They will help fill your house with energy until next summer.

The energy of June is favorable for the formation and improvement of communication skills. Master the rules of the "command" game in different spheres of your life: at work, at housekeeping, in communication with your spouse, parents, children, and neighbors. Organize a joint holiday, or any other joint activities, for example, landscaping and decorating the flowers of your street.
