It is not hidden that bullying has been an evolving issue in many schools over the years. Most children go to either their parent, guardian or caregiver for assistance and advice before diving into decisions. Most Children that get bullied in school end up having issues like depression, mental health issues and anxiety.


 Bullying affects the individual being bullied, those who witness the incident and those who are the bully themselves. Parents, guardian or caregiver that creates room for discussion, are friendly and creates the atmosphere  will help the children to be aware that when issues beyond their power arises they can talk to them. 


It is very essential for the case of bullying to be raised in schools because when they are not raised it can end up in problems for both the school and the affected victim.
Bullying can be defined in various ways.


 Bullying is the continuous ill-treatment, harassment, molesting or harming of an individual by another individual either personally or physically, emotionally, verbally, etc. The essential step to deal with bullying in school is to find a trusted and matured adult, this adult can be a counselor,teacher, caregiver, hostel mater or mistress, or the principal. 

By reporting issues to these trusted individual it will help curb and protect the individual. Bullying is an act or behavior that injures or discomfort another person. 


### WAYS TO DEAL WITH BULLYING IN SCHOOL.


1 Communication should be established: every student desires to be comfortable with every student in class and school. The school authority are to create an established and cordial relationship between every student to avoid bullying and also it will help students not to be afraid of going to school.

 Every student should be encouraged to voice out at all times.

2 Enlighten the students of various bullying that can occur in school: it is very essential for a student to be aware of the meaning of bullying, the type of bullying they are experiencing, and the exact moment they are expected to rise for themselves. 

Not everyone knows what bullying really means so there is possibility of taking what is not bully as bully. Let students be aware that they should voice out issues because they are not alone


3 The victims of bullying should not be interviewed in the presence of other students: it is hard for a bully victim to tell his or her experience. When the victims is yet to explain the bullying story, it is fearful and risky to say it in front of his or her peers. It is an issue that needs to be dealt with carefully. 

3 Every bullying case  should not go unaddressed:the case of bullying va student should not the kept secret this must be opened to matured adult such as the teachers, principal, hostel master or mistress etc.

 Bullying occurs in verb abuse, physical harm and can also occur in emotional abuse etc. The major victims that a bully aim at are the introvert and timid ones and also the one's with low self-esteem. 


To prevent the case of bullying from occurring the students should enlighten through the school, their parents, social media etc.


4  Respond to every case of bullying and  learn how to defend yourself.

The case of bullying in school has become a common case that need urgent attention. The case of bullying affects the students in numerous ways and it can lead it making the victims feel alone and rejected. The way we can be of assistance is to make an awareness of bullying both in the school and at home.


 Another way to help is to be part of the anti-bullying awareness or sparing out time in school to share and increase the word on the prevention of bullying.


 Students should also be  taught that they are individual that should bring about change in other to prevent bullying. Another means of prevention is that if you noticed that you or someone is been bullied speak out to necessary person to help out.
