 Happiness a choice, though impractical in a real life scenario, But still in some cases it is not completely wrong. You have to do what you believe will make you happy.But just because someone has chosen to be happy does not mean that they will be happy. They have to do something for that. Only then can they be happy. Look around you, where you are. An old man is sitting on the side of the road and begging, children are working for food. A cripple that can't move like normal people. There are thousands of such people around the world who are suffering. So happiness is a choice here. You are a happy person if you are grateful for what you have. Everyone wants perfection, yes this perfection is one of the reasons for our unhappiness in life. Because they want a perfect job, a perfect relationship, a perfect family. But they forget that nothing can be perfect on this universe. Expecting something from others is also a cause of unhappiness. When we help someone we expect something in return. Don't expecting anything from anyone. If you want to help someone,go and help, don't expect anything in return. And health is the root of all happiness, If you are sick today, you will realize the value of good health. One can live if one is mentally ill but impossible if one is physically ill. So look at your own health, happiness will follow. When you get sick, and lying in a hospital bed. You can't walk properly, you can't eat properly. So take care of your body beforehand and stay happy. For the past few months I have been relying on one. My happiness depends on others. Not in my own control. So even if I wanted to, I would not find happiness in myself. So keep control of happiness for yourself. Do not let others control your own happiness. *Do not desire beyond your power. You can dream and act accordingly. Recognize the happiness in power and enjoy it to the fullest. The things you love or dislike may not be liked by others, do not listen to others. If you learn to love yourself, you can be happy if you want to.*
