This is a very important point but the network does appear to be functioning as intended in the whitepaper on page 20 according to Zipf's law.

Consequently, if you go to **[your Wallet section](https://steemit.com/@barrycooper/transfers)** and click on *your* Steam balance and choose Transfer then *you* can send money to any of the authors (use their username) *you* think are not getting rewarded enough by the network.
