Hi Everyone / 大家好， In winter it feels like you need a bowl of ramen to satisfy those taste buds even though you probably ate some salad or sandwich for lunch. The place I’m introducing is a place called Manpuku. They always have a line even pre-covid as they are one of the most popular and authentic ramen places around this area. We were there pretty early that day so we didn’t have to wait for too long to get a table. > 每次天氣凍的時候雖然平常會吃一份三文治或沙律做午餐但有碗拉麵簡直和說是完美. 今天想推介這間拉麵譜叫 Manpuku. 這間同店疫情之前或之後都會長期排長龍所以想吃拉麵就要早一些去排隊.在我區附近幾這間拉麵 Manpuku 已經是其中一間最傳統的.當天我們很早到所以就不用排隊就可以立刻叫拉麵吃.  Let’s check out the menu first. As this store mainly sells ramen, the menu would be mainly ramen with the choice of some soup bases. What I love about this place is your can set your choice of noodles which only is available at some authentic ramen places in Sydney. I normally order mine with wavy as it reminds me of instant noodles. > 先看看餐牌.因為是拉麵店餐牌主要的就是拉麵但他們會有一些飯和小食給我們選擇.我很喜歡這間拉麵店是因為你可以選擇不同面的粗幼而我最喜歡叫 '鬈' 的麵條因為吃的時候好像吃公仔麵一樣.        We ended up ordering a tonkotsu shoyu ramen, shio tonkotsu, agetama, karage & octopus karage to share. The noodles came quickly and our boys shared one ramen and I had the other. Both ramen tasted very similar with the shoyu ramen had thicker base. The boys don’t like the fungus so I ended eating their share as well because I love them. My hubby ate most of the side dishes with the agetama being the best side in my opinion. I love how the egg is deep fried slightly but inside was still runny …. yummmm > 最後我們叫了兩碗拉麵，炸蛋，炸雞和一份炸八爪魚. 兩碗拉麵很快就預備好，一碗就是兩個小朋友另外一個就是我的. 其他小食就老公吃.兩個小朋友不喜歡吃木耳所以他們這碗的配料都是我吃完. 兩碗拉麵的湯底都非常之好味尤其是豉油湯底就比較濃一點. 小食方面我喜歡這個炸蛋因為外面是有點硬但裏面的蛋黃還是半生熟的.    Ramen prices is considered average but I find the side dishes were on the cheap side considering yo do get quite a bit for the listed price and not to mention how yummy everything was. Service was quick and efficient and the restaurant was extremely clean.
