As face mask is mandatory in Victoria as of Sunday, there has been an influx of people searching for face masks around the country in particular in Victoria. With lessons learnt from early March, people are also trying to buy a few more hand sanitsers, washing liquids, toilet paper - not hoarding though. Let me take you through to what I can see is available in Sydney and how easily we can get some of the crucial items and the pricing. Leave me a message to see how our prices compared to your area/country and how difficult it is to find certain items.

First of all, I was surprised to see face masks available at the local supermarket. Normally we get them online or pharmacy but for them to stock some and still available is great for the community. A box of 50 masks will set you back at $45 a box which is equates to 90c each. If you need to change twice a day, it will cost you $1.80AUD. A bag of 10 masks would cost you $12 which equates to $1.20. Definitely cheaper if you buy the box in this case. I bought mine from Kogan $40 a box + postage. I bought 4 boxes for our parents two weeks ago so it still works out cheaper than buying from the supermarket.   

> 首先一入到超市就看見有口罩買. 今次是我第一次在超市看見買口罩因為這些物品通常都會在網上買或藥房採購.如果可以在超市買唔到口罩會讓一些住附近的居民不要去藥房排隊買尤其是一些公公婆婆. 一盒口罩有 50 個要 $45澳元，等於 90c 一個.有看見一包 10 個口罩賣 $12， 等於$1.20 一個. 當然買一盒50會便宜一點但我發覺之前網上 Kogan 買會比較低.兩個星期前我買了四盒才是 $39 一盒加郵費都平過在超市買.

There are plenty of hand sanitisers at the supermarket which we were short on back in March. From the lesson learnt back then, the suppliers made sure they had enough this time. The only difference I could see is the prices of each bottle probably was double of what it used to sell for. Detol was also on shortage back then and again there are plenty in the rack but at $11 for a big bottle. Again the prices seemed to have increased a bit since March when the pandemic started. Overall, there are supplies everywhere but the prices have gone up a lot. It is unfortunate that things are priced that way and I do feel for those who are on low income so they would be struggling to make ends meet as well as buying the necessary supplies to keep safe when they are out and about. I hope the supermarkets and suppliers can see this issue and adjust the prices accordingly at least back at what it used to be so we can all 

> 超市現時有大量洗手液因為上次三月疫情開始的時候全部賣斷市所以今次供應商做多了一點希望市民不用像上次這樣那麼徬徨.雖然有大量貨但看見價錢比以前貴起碼一倍.好像滴露，現在有貨但$11 一大支比以前貴了好多. 總括來講雖然好多東西有貨 (除了口罩) 價錢比以前貴好多. 希望供應商可以調整一下價錢因為一般基層市民收入不多而且要買這些基本防疫產品實在非常吃力.希望大家可以齊心合力打敗這個病毒可以過返以前正常的生活.
