It has been a very sad day in Australia as our COVID19 stats have recorded its worst number since the beginning. With over 700+ confirmed cases with 14 deaths in 1 day, it has been a very sombre day for all. Most of these cases are in Victoria. There has been 18 confirmed cases in New South Wales with these numbers expected to rise as we see more confirmed cases visiting different areas before getting tested. Around 5 hours ago, it has announced a local gym and supermarket near my place is the latest place closed for deep cleaning. 

> 澳洲的的疫情越變越壞，今天政府公布的數字我們昨天有 700+ 多宗確診個案. 單單是一天，有 700+ 人受感染而且有 14 人去世. 今天是我們澳洲有疫情以來最黑暗的一天. 大多數確診個案都是來自維省，我們確診就有 18人確診. 講真，我相信我們確診的數字會越來越多使用都非常擔心. 5 個小時前剛剛收到消息我家附近一間健身房有人確診而且有去我們常買東西的超市！

The confirmed cases this second round is sure coming closer and closer to home and in some way, people are getting worried. Worried in a sense that these cases are mostly locally transmitted rather than returning cases from overseas like last time. A large supermarket change have now ask that customers should highly consider wearing mask in all of their supermarkets and chain stores in New South Wales even though there aren’t many cases like in Victoria but we can all see the trending happening. 

> 今次我覺得比較擔心因為大多數人受感染都是在國內染到不像上一次是入境回來的人有病毒. 這樣代表我們社區已經不太安全，要特別注意. 有一家大型超市已經呼籲大家去他們超市或旗下店買東西考慮戴口罩因為可以保護自己，保護別人.

My mummy friends WhatsApp group have been discussing about face masks for the family and kids and which I told them I have been wearing them since March whenever I go out except for school drop offs and pick ups. I also picked up a few boxes of face mask a few weeks ago online so I have enough to last me a 6 months if I go out 1-2 times a week to get some grocery or run errands. The Australian government haven’t indicated if these numbers are at peak but deep down, we know it isn’t as the rest of the country apart from Victoria have low numbers. We cannot eliminate this virus, it is more controlling it and hope that everyone does the right thing. We are all in it together, if we don’t want to be in any sort of further restrictions or further deaths, we need to follow the guidelines and don’t be closed minded. Wearing a mask won’t kill you, it is only temporary, a mask could save a life.

> 我的朋友 Whatsapp 群眾都有提到應該出外時戴口罩. 我告訴他們我三月份開始已經開始戴但接送是朋友上學就沒有. 我剛好幾個星期前買了幾盒口罩，應該可以足夠我 6 個月用，一個星期出外一兩次買食物或做事情都會有. 澳洲政府沒有提到這個 700+ 人確診數字是不是最高但大家其實都會知道應該不會因為其他州現在都沒有爆發，如果有就不知道怎麼辦. 雖然我們不可以讓這個病毒消失到至少我們要做好自己的東西，大家都要一起打敗 COVID19.
