@trevonjb I think this is the correction which was long overdue Bitcoin and Ethereum spiked up fast these couple months so it shouldn't come as a surprise that there is a cool down period before the next ride

@trevonjb I think as long as certain cryptos are viable, its an opportunity to capitalize on some cashflow. I think there are cash cows out there that are long in their positions in bitcoin and other viable coins even exploration blockchains such as ether and ripple. It is the mass of quick money that like to short that cause all of this valatility.

People are slowing down their accumulation and transactions because of that milestone in Segwit happening on August 1st. If all goes well, it is going to "pop-off something proper"

If Bitcoin and Ethereum doesn't go back up this week I'll sell all of my coins and work at McDonalds because it's the sure fire way to be rich :D :D :D :D

I don't know about ethereum because I think it's quite overpriced, but bitcoin should recover in the next couple of days. I guess we'll just be patient and see what happens.

I believe the this will be a great summer for Bitcoin.

Only a few weeks back, BTC was around $1700. Today its in the $2450 range. That's not a disaster. It rose so quickly to $3000 that a correction was inevitable - it was way too far above trend for volume. It needs to be at a realistic new baseline before it can push on properly. My strategy? Get more coin and hold it (in an offline wallet peeps).

As long as we have your morning live chats every morning and your vlogs every day, I think we'll be fine during these red days. I was expecting this bear market to last no more than 1 week but it looks like it will be a while longer. 

But good times on the horizon especially for BTC, since Australia is now accepting BTC as a form of payment anywhere in the country - a BTC pump is coming so get ready and stay positive. Thanks Trevon!

With so many new people in cryptocurrency market, what it mentions about the sell off has a base of truth. Personally I can not say anything about ETH - no guess - but i believe that BTC will remain Bull if test with success the $2600 and  then the $2750 level. In case of fall, the worst scenario for me is the $2000 - $2150 zone.

I try to avoid looking at it when it's like this.

Good advice about Steemit; need to interact with everyone to get followers and provide quality content. Not posting garbage and spam is the key to building a solid steemit account.

Don't know.  With all these ico dumping money away for Eth, it hard to say.  Weekend hasn't been to good for the ETH and BTC.  EOS is currently sucking some of that good old ETH out of the system.  There is also a delay on Coinbase for withdrawing ETH.

I'm hoping that these ICO will use Litecoin or Dash coins instead.

I think that all altcoins incl. ETH can be happy when BTC recover - otherwise I see red for that crap all & huge correction.
